How to:

 Tie Elastic

1. First gather the two ends of the elastic together and tie in an overhand knot, like how you tie a balloon.

2. Slide this knot down tight to your beads by pulling the elastic apart.

3. Now repeat this knot so you have at least 2 or 3 knots in a row.

As this elastic is very jellyish, if it is not tied correctly or with enough knots it will swivel itself undone.
